Just have scrambled egg on toast. I eat 3 eggs on toast scrambled every morning with the yolk too. As long as you do sufficient exercise this little bit of fat wont make a difference and i think its awful to waste food. Plus the yolk adds flavour to the egg.

    Hi,

I don't know how you guys can eat eggs in the morning and feel full. I have around 150 grams of oats, a banana and a protein shake for breakfast and I am still hungry! Sometimes I throw in 120grams of bio natural yogurt as well.

If I had 3 eggs on toast I would feel cheated by my "most important meal of the day"!

Eat like a King at breakfast!

well 3 eggs in toast does me, iam not a morning person and iam not very heavy so it fills me up - i think i should make more of an effort to eat more even though it is hard for me.
