breakfast

how does everyone manage to eat loads in the mornings? i can never bring myself to eat much for the first hour or so, i usually just about manage to down a bowl of muesli and a whey shake... any tips?

    Stick to a liquid meal then...

    You might be able to get used to it in time. Don't have to scoff tons of food down in one shot, eat what you can and then gradually build up.

    Can try eating things you like..within reason...what about some fruit to go along with it? Handful of nuts? Eggs?

    If not then stick to the shake.

    yea i usually chuck a banana in with the muesli to make it more 'edible' another thing is i tend to get v. hungry late at night, is it bad to scoff before i go to sleep?

    Hmm...then you're probably not eating enough during the day.

    What does your diet look like?

    Could also be a lack of fats, fibrous carbs (VEG VEG VEG), or even water...
