hey check out this brilliant historian website i found on some of the original greats of strength and powerlifting.

brilliant site really well detailed, there are no crappy pop ups either.

    wow, that shows some pretty old stuff. kinda makes me appreciate the stuff we have today but still a good website

    Great website bigmac...........thats alot of great reading. The old strongmen are the most interesting to me because there was so such thing as steroids so we can see how the strongest natural men trained and you never have to question if they were juicin.

    well the 50's/60's greats certainly liked their dbol! not to take anything away from them they had training sussed. great site bigmac!
