build up or diet down

my normal bodyweight 79-80k

bodyweight class 77 or 85

77 ive dieted all my life sick of it but weighed 80 in a comp felt sluggish win comp cofortably at moment at 77 class

85 have trouble getting weight fully up never weighed more than 81 in life i love eating sh1t lodes i expect my squats to be more than ever snatch and cj prob do what i did in 20s as a 70k lifter but i would be happy with that at my age now (35) and the best one if i was 84/85k i would look massive

if i ate more but more quality food put it on steady maybe not sluggish in my lifting

any ideas guys

    well first of all have a look at the diet forum and get your diet checkeed

    imo if you wanteed to bulk i would put it on slwoly
