building muscle - losing fat

i currently do weight training and i am trying to bulk up with lean muscle. i do my whole body in a week and hit the cv twice. i eat alot of carbs and alot of protein so i was just wondering how i would manage both fat loss and muscle gain. any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    need to post your diet in diet section first, then your work out in body building routines section,

    stating your goals.]
    you need a high protein low cal diet, good bb routine, with some cardio.

    take a look at my journal see if that helps

    CURRENT STAT
    get shreded. 16st 7lbs-15st 7lbs 6ft, to 14st 9lbs (Feb 2011)
