caffin kick

Started using it today, seems to give me a bigger buzz and more energy during my routine. Feeling it now lol. haha but does it have any side effects? Or can it cause anything bad in the short / long term?

if you want a kick before the gym get an enery drink or tea, coffee, etc. creatine isint going to give extravagent results, dont bother with it. just eat a **** load of food and some whey.
