calories when on a cut???

Hi folks, am on sort of a mini cut at the moment and was wondering how people work out their calories, protein consumption, carb consumption etc. Personally I go with my lean bodyweight x12 which at the moment with my lean bodyweight being 143lbs my cutting consumption is 1713 calories and as I tend to lose muscle very easy I keep my protein consumption high so at the moment it is between 200 & 220g per day. I dont tend to really aim for a carb total but do try and keep them low with the bulk of them early in the morning and pre/post gym times.. How do others work out there totals (if they do at all)???? Just curious thats all

I usually do lowcarb/ketogenic when I'm really serious about cutting--that works better for me than anything else.

Looks like you have a pretty good plan--a modest calorie deficit with high protein intake.

I do find that it works for me, plus on non gym days I virtually cut all carbs out of my diet completely and stick to just green fibrous veg and replace the carbs with fats (if I dont need them why eat them), At the moment i'm actually on a mini cut as i'm trying to get rid of a bit of bodyfat that I put on on a recent holiday to Ibiza and its coming off nicely. In the past i've tried carb cycling but find the planning of my meals much more complicated that what i'm doing now
