Im starting a cutting up program and need some help with my diet please.
My daily diet is usually something like this
8.30 â€“ 3 wheetabix
10.00 - 2 scoops (40g) EAS Whey Protein
11.30 - Nuts, sunflower seeds, fruit, carrots or green beans
13.00 - 200g Chicken with pasta
15.00 - Nuts, sunflower seeds, fruit, carrots or green beans (opposite to what I had at 11.30)
17.00 - Banana (pre workout)
19.00 - 2 scoops (40g) EAS Whey Protein (post workout)
20.00 - 200g Chicken with salad
22.00 - 100g Chicken
Im currently working away and staying in a Travelodge so have no cooking facilities so its hard to no what to eat, do you think I should change anything. Thanks for the help lads.
8.30am - add some protein with the weetabix.
11.30am - you dont have any protein in the meal
13.00am - lower the chicken. How much pasta do you have? ? ?
15.00pm - again, no protein in the meal.
PWO - add some carbs from dextrose/maltodextrin or weetabix/oats.
PPWO - add a small portion of rice, pasta, etc... to the chicken. Reduce the amount of chicken too.
22.00pm - add some healthy fats with the chicken.
Your diet is very low on omega 3s... Foods to eat for omega 3 content -
Flax seeds, flax oil, walnuts, salmon, mackerel, herring, sardines, anchovies, pilchards. Foods to eat for omega 6 content -
Walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, rape seed, soybeans, olive oil, grapeseed oil, pine nuts, pistachio nuts, borage oil, chestnut oil. Foods to eat for omega 9 content -
Canola oil, sunflower oil, olives, avocados, almonds, peanuts, sesame oil, pecans, pistachio nuts, cashews, hazlenuts, macadamia nuts.
