8.30am - add some protein with the weetabix.

11.30am - you dont have any protein in the meal

13.00am - lower the chicken. How much pasta do you have? ? ?

15.00pm - again, no protein in the meal.

PWO - add some carbs from dextrose/maltodextrin or weetabix/oats.

PPWO - add a small portion of rice, pasta, etc... to the chicken. Reduce the amount of chicken too.

22.00pm - add some healthy fats with the chicken.

Your diet is very low on omega 3s...

Foods to eat for omega 3 content -

Flax seeds, flax oil, walnuts, salmon, mackerel, herring, sardines, anchovies, pilchards.

Foods to eat for omega 6 content -

Walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, rape seed, soybeans, olive oil, grapeseed oil, pine nuts, pistachio nuts, borage oil, chestnut oil.

Foods to eat for omega 9 content -

Canola oil, sunflower oil, olives, avocados, almonds, peanuts, sesame oil, pecans, pistachio nuts, cashews, hazlenuts, macadamia nuts.

8.30am – should I just add protein powder here

11.30am – I will have half the chicken from 13pm here

13.00am - halve the chicken. I get a 200g pot of tomato and pepper pasta and have half of it

15.00pm – will add some protein here

    what about pre workout

PWO - add some carbs from dextrose/maltodextrin – I will have a look for this

PPWO – will reduce chicken and add pasta

22.00pm - add some healthy fats with the chicken. What kind of healthy fats

do I need all 3 types of omega’s

You have plenty of omega 6 and 9 from the nuts and seeds you eat.

Try and concentrate on adding more omega 3s in your diet.

The changes you have made above, look good.

    8.30 – 2 wheetabix + 1 scoop (20g) EAS Whey Protein
    10.00 - 2 scoops (40g) EAS Whey Protein
11.30 - flax seeds, sunflower seeds, fruit, carrots or green beans + 50g chicken
    13.00 - 100g Chicken and 100g pasta
15.00 - Nuts, sunflower seeds, carrots or green beans + 100g chicken
    17.00 - Banana (pre workout)
    19.00 – PWO 2 scoops (40g) EAS Whey Protein (post workout) + dextrose/maltodextrin
    20.00 – PPWO 100g Chicken and 100g pasta
    22.00 - 50g Chicken or salmon + flax seeds/ walnuts

Would this be more like the diet and would it be good for cutting up. Do you no how much dextrose/maltodextrin i should have.

should i have a banana pre workout or not?

    thanks for all the help

13.00 - 100g of pasta is quite a lot in one sitting, you could reduce that.

PWO - Start off with ~40g of dextrose/maltodextrin and see how you go.

    Banana pre-workout is ok.

    The rest looks ok.
