can anyone help with my diet please

Im starting a cutting up program and need some help with my diet please.

My daily diet is usually something like this

8.30 – 3 wheetabix
10.00 - 2 scoops (40g) EAS Whey Protein
11.30 - Nuts, sunflower seeds, fruit, carrots or green beans
13.00 - 200g Chicken with pasta
15.00 - Nuts, sunflower seeds, fruit, carrots or green beans (opposite to what I had at 11.30)
17.00 - Banana (pre workout)
19.00 - 2 scoops (40g) EAS Whey Protein (post workout)
20.00 - 200g Chicken with salad
22.00 - 100g Chicken

Im currently working away and staying in a Travelodge so have no cooking facilities so its hard to no what to eat, do you think I should change anything. Thanks for the help lads.

    8.30am - add some protein with the weetabix.

    11.30am - you dont have any protein in the meal

    13.00am - lower the chicken. How much pasta do you have? ? ?

    15.00pm - again, no protein in the meal.

    PWO - add some carbs from dextrose/maltodextrin or weetabix/oats.

    PPWO - add a small portion of rice, pasta, etc... to the chicken. Reduce the amount of chicken too.

    22.00pm - add some healthy fats with the chicken.

    Your diet is very low on omega 3s...

    Foods to eat for omega 3 content -

    Flax seeds, flax oil, walnuts, salmon, mackerel, herring, sardines, anchovies, pilchards.

    Foods to eat for omega 6 content -

    Walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, rape seed, soybeans, olive oil, grapeseed oil, pine nuts, pistachio nuts, borage oil, chestnut oil.

    Foods to eat for omega 9 content -

    Canola oil, sunflower oil, olives, avocados, almonds, peanuts, sesame oil, pecans, pistachio nuts, cashews, hazlenuts, macadamia nuts.

    8.30am – should I just add protein powder here

    11.30am – I will have half the chicken from 13pm here

    13.00am - halve the chicken. I get a 200g pot of tomato and pepper pasta and have half of it

    15.00pm – will add some protein here

    what about pre workout

    PWO - add some carbs from dextrose/maltodextrin – I will have a look for this

    PPWO – will reduce chicken and add pasta

    22.00pm - add some healthy fats with the chicken. What kind of healthy fats

    do I need all 3 types of omega’s

    You have plenty of omega 6 and 9 from the nuts and seeds you eat.

    Try and concentrate on adding more omega 3s in your diet.

    The changes you have made above, look good.

    10.00 - 2 scoops (40g) EAS Whey Protein
    11.30 - flax seeds, sunflower seeds, fruit, carrots or green beans + 50g chicken
    13.00 - 100g Chicken and 100g pasta
    15.00 - Nuts, sunflower seeds, carrots or green beans + 100g chicken
    17.00 - Banana (pre workout)
    19.00 – PWO 2 scoops (40g) EAS Whey Protein (post workout) + dextrose/maltodextrin
    20.00 – PPWO 100g Chicken and 100g pasta
    22.00 - 50g Chicken or salmon + flax seeds/ walnuts

    Would this be more like the diet and would it be good for cutting up. Do you no how much dextrose/maltodextrin i should have.

    should i have a banana pre workout or not?

    13.00 - 100g of pasta is quite a lot in one sitting, you could reduce that.

    PWO - Start off with ~40g of dextrose/maltodextrin and see how you go.

    Banana pre-workout is ok.

    The rest looks ok.

    yeah i thought 100g sounds alot but half of that pot is tiny.

    ok will have a look for the dextrose/maltodextrin do you no which is best
