I made the carbs, fat and protein come to 95. I can see why it might look confusing because they give you some breakdown of transfat, saturates etc but these form part of the fat, ditto sugars for carbs and so on.

Lactoferrin? Lord no. It might be worth asking the manufacturer. It'll be a small amount

I'd bet the mp iron product tastes good, I'm a big fan of MP products.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

Still a bit strange, In the ingredients list I still cant see what proteins it has in it. It does mention beef protein in the description but I think thats just a small part of the Iron Mass Proprietary Blend 71500mg.

We have seen this crop up before and it appears that the propietary blend of 71,500mg is to be considered part of the 95g of protein, carbs and fats rather than additional to.

What this means from the consumer's perspective is that MP are including in their protein total of 40g all of these:

Perfomance Growth & Muscle Volumizer Creatine Monohydrate, L-Glycine, BCAA Nitrates (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine) (3.1.2 Patent Pending Ratio),

Naturally, this means the actual protein derived from dairy/beef will be not be 40g but 40g minus whatever MP have dosed in the amino acids and Creatine in Iron Mass.

    We hope that explains it.
