Firstly dont you have a really bad back?

Then theres the fact leg size slows people down in boxing somthing terrible.

Pluss recovery is going to get alot harder from the intense cardio and you will have to be eatting 1200cals more on training days just to maintain.

If you want to take it seriously you have to choose one or the other.

It really depends how intense the session is and I can't say how much it would burn anyway, but we can assume at this moment that it will burn up to maybe at least 600 calories? I can't give you a definate, but maybe you should try it out and if you see any muscle loss then you could give it up.

There are plenty of muscular boxers, as long as your definition of muscular is not pro bodybuilder standard

It can be done. Im doing it at the mo, just use plenty of AAS, plenty of food and make sure you are still lifting hard & heavy 3 x per week minimum. Dont train your legs anymore either, as already said, leg size is a bad thing in boxing.

You can still be a big BB'ing lump and compete in boxing. Whre u off to train?

i dont wana compete in boxing or bb'ing or strongman comps etc, basicly just wana be big, strong and can fight, be a average boxer. mainly for self defence on the streets. its just what im interested in, im not interested in competing in anything tho.

i weight lift in ashington, the boxing school is in blyth

i dont believe you can be a great boxer and a bbuilder type.unless you posess good genetics imo you will need to pick one or the other.
boxing trainning requires a lot of endurance trainning for general fitness this would have an effect on building size in the long run imo.
