can u check this please guys.

35 yrs 6"2 currently 15 stone 13lb, been on 500mg test week for last 5 weeks, plan is 3mths like this then drop test to 125mg and add tren e 600mg w for another 3mths so a 6mth cycle. ive put on 13lb in these 5 weeks that ive been on, i know some of this will be water weight, i have stayed lean ish can still see abbs but just. goal is to try for leanish gains up to around 16 stone 7 then start a cut when i start running the tren.
on lifting days mon wed fri ill have most my carbs around workout, i lift around 5pm.
8am
200ml egg whites 1 whole egg, cup coffee milk sweetners
10am 1 scope of whey 5g creatine or 130g chicken breast
12pm 130g chicken 250g rice
3pm 1 whey 100g fine oats
5pm train intra drink 15g peptopro 10g bccaa 5g creatine
post shake 1 whey 50g waxy maize 5g creatine
around 1-2 hrs after workout 250g chicken 250g rice, coffee milk sweetners
before bed 1 casian shake with 100g fine oats.
 
all meat cooked in coconut oil around 5g
 
fat- 73g
protein- 280g
carbs- 335g
total cals around 3200
 
cardio days tue insanity class, thur 5 aside 
 
8am alpen or 2 toast, 1 whey, coffee milk sweetners
10am 1 whey 5g createin
12pm 130g chicken or tin tuna with mayo
3pm 130g chicken
5pm 50g oats 300ml skim milk 1 medium bannana [only on a thursday for energy for football]
1hr cardio
evening meal chicken or bolognaise veg
bed 1 whey
roughly
fat- 20

cals around 1300
 
train legs sat morning and food is somwere inbetween the 2
boxing every other  sunday morning food same as sat.
 
when i start cutting ill cut carbs down to around 150g on lifting days and very little on non lift days.
