I have been told this is a very good exercise, whats the general thoughts on it around here?

    I used to do it once per fortnight I suppose. Try leaning forward and pushing or leaning back against the car. Try the latter and say hello to your quads!

    It works best if you have about 100m of road, by the end of it you should be nearing a sprint, thats how i did it anyway.

    might try to get some soprt of sponsership off vauhall, i'll tell em that if they pay for me to have a new vx220, i will push a focus around the town every day to make ford look bad and never drive it, only the vx220. might work :)

    tried pushing a 2000kg jeep up a hill covered in ice. even with 3 people, its very, very hard. very little traction too..feet keep slipping.
