carb do's and donts

am i right in thinking my diet should not contain the following:

processed carbs such as pasta, bagels, bread

no sugars

no carbs after 6 oclock? is this due to the time before going to sleep? so if i go to bed at 2am i can push this to 10pm??

what carb amounts should i be aiming for as a guide line? i know this is hard to guess as it depends on metabolism, age,  weight, just need a bench mark to aim for and adjust from.

im 23, 100kg. around 14% bf

quick, get into the chopper!!!

mate it would be pretty impossible to have a decent diet without those things

yes avoid highly refined carbs like white breat and sweets for the most part BUT
    they all have their uses

As for no carbs after 6- load of ****ing ****e

as for sugars, fruit has a lot of sugar in i, theres milk sugars so it would be nigh on impossible to cut them out long term

The "processed carbs" that you mention are needed by the body, after a workout.... I dont know all the science behind it, but its true...somethign to do with gylcogen in muscles I beleive

Wholemeal/wholeweat carbs are good Preworkout, for energy

The carbs late a night thing, is considered a myth because its calories in vs calories out which makes most of the difference
