No need to change anything, just eat whatever you normally eat. You don't need carbs pre/post if that's what you're asking but if you're already consuming carbs each day then continue to consume them as you would normally.

    OK

so on weights day for example

    lunch 1pm - no carbs
    4pm - 25g oats and 25g whey
    5pm - train weights
    pwo whey and banana

    so cardio
    lunch 1pm - no carbs
4pm- ????? just whey and apple or just whey
    5 pm - cardio
    pwo - just whey?

normally dont have such issues as i can incorp training around my day

Follow the same as weights and do some more intense cardio such as HIIT or GPP. Google them.

Or if still wanting to do low intensity just have pro/fat meals pre/post.
