Do it like a pro, in the fat burning zone for one hour (not HIIIIIIT), and down your normal pre bed protein straight after.
And go to bed for happy happy dreams of dumbells

just time it so its 2 hours from food too - so you get max burning effect

Sherman - I think if you need twice a day do twice a day.
The thing with HIIT for me is that it may be more fat burning during - but its also gylcogen depleting and I am on a low carb diet keeping all my fuel for kick as5 workouts!

Too much cardio will negatively affect growth and gym performance - but yes if you can handle it no negative effect - get it done.

There are a ton of variables. I wouldnt be waking up by choice once I was out - then again with a 10 week old boy I have no choice

Sounds to me like you are doing fine - just hang in there.

les the thing with hiit is that it burns more fat not just during the training but afterwards also.

hiit keeps your body burning fat after the workout, but is very draining, However If I want to get lean I try to do HIIT at least twice a week and If I feel like a pussy then I dpo something more along the lines of what Les outlined.

Look at athletes that do HIIT, rugby playes, boxers, sprinters etc etc they have the most musclar physiques of athletes
