cardio for a hard gainer?

im 24 and aam desperate to put weight on. im 11 stone 10 and my aim i a ripped 13. only problem is i love cardio and would like to do more to build up my fitness. how much would thi hinder my goal?

    you must realise like pusha said cardio that much will just hinder your gains you should cut the cardio down to once a week and concentrate on lifting weights and getting in plenty of carbs and high quality protein.also realise if you wanted to be 13 stone ripped you would have to come in just above 13 stone to be able to give you enough room to be able to hit 13 stone,but you are along way off of that right now.just hit the heavy basic foundation weights 3 times a week and go from there but always watch your waist line if your other body parts are growing and so is your waist then your taking in to many carbs hope that helps you

    imo yo8u should just eat more. i do tons of cardio and a 3/4day split on weights and a manual job and plenty of sports on top of that and i don't overtrain.
