cardio

just a bit of help guys. First thing is how do u manage to do c.v the morning after u have trained legs hard? the first 20 mins is ok but then the pain tends to kick in! Good old lactic acid!
Also am gonna start cutting up in april, just about to come off s1+,so gotta keep cals high for the month.
How many times a week do u think i should be doing c.v on top of training 4 times a week doing weights. i only currently do one afternoon a week of c.v as i hate doing it. Gonna be on E.P.H and Clen alternating every 2 weeks. Will be cutting my cals down to my bodyweight in lbs timesed by 12.

I think it depends on how fast you are looking at cutting the fat. I suggest a slower pace "run and maintain diet & workout" with 3 days cardio. No need to rush.
