how much cardio per week 2 keep lean ?

    Depends on your dietry intake, your metabolism, structure, intensity and time you spend on the cardio sessions, how many weights sessions you perform weekly and other outside influences such as whether you do manual work or sit at a desk all day.

    So taking the above into consideration, you either will have to sh1t loads of cardio or non at all!

    Hard to say as airborne sez, but i usually try and get in 30 mins cardio 3 times a week, and i eat a fair bit but mainly healthy...does the trick for me
