cardio non training days
this is my current situation, bulking. started 1st april 2007 at 12st 6lbs now 13st 5lbs, age 26 height 5ft 10.
i still would like to bulk upto 14st before i start my cut. Recently what ive noticed is the following...
im pleased with upper body progress, i believe ive still maintained good definition on chest and shoulders.
Stomach is still flat but i seem to be putting weight on my hips, which is making my upperbody look smaller than it is ( if you know what i mean).
ive just started ( 4days ago) doing A.m cardio on empty for 30mins.
what i would like to know if it is ok to do Cardio on non training days ( i weight train mon, wed, fri ) thinking of doing some running at about 7pm on non training days... is this advised when bulking. my worry is as im 10lbs away from my target weight it might continue going on my hips. Any suggestions
My current Bulk Diet is Below
Cardio 30 mins on empty
9.00 70g oats 200 ml skimmed milk
5 egg whites, 1 whole eggs in 15ml olive oil
200ml liquid eggs
50g fine oats
Half a green banana
Blend with water
12:30 175g grilled chicken or tuna
100g basmati rice
25g Cashew nuts
15:00 2medium baked potato 1can tuna
17:30 175g grilled chicken
100g basmati rice with pot of mixed veg 30g
25g cashew nuts
7:30 Pwo drink
Wholemeal pitta bread
4 egg whites , 2 whole meal toast
11.00 60g night time extreme
vitamin c tablet
