currently half way thru cycle
wk 1-4 dbol
wk 1-5 sust 500mg p/w
wk 6-10 test e 500mg p/w aiming to bulk
i fancy cycling to work, is 14 miles each way too much on cycle? i suspect yes, i could get a lift so could cycle in/lift home, lift in/cycle home etc would that be ok?

in theory weight gain is cals in Vs cals out

off set it and it generally isnt an issue

    glycogen replensihment is key

14 miles is costing X hundred amount of calories and is potentially catabolic

some may argue the endurance nature of cycling will stimulate the type 2 a fibres to become endurance and hinder straight out musclar size or strength induced through weight training but TBH it comes down to glycogen replenishment, CNS recovery and not creating a catabolic environment
