cardio training after legs workout?

hi guys
can i/should i be cardio training the day after a leg workout?
my cardio usually consists of between 20-30mins interval training on a treadmill. is this going to be counter productive from the previous days leg session?

many thanks

Id say youre unlikely to be able to complete effective cardio after legs, whenever i, and probably others finish legs, then doing cardio is one of the last things i want to do.
Id keep off it after legs, but if it suits you its not that much of a problem imo

I would say that cardio the day after your leg workout is fine, in fact I find that if the DOMS are bad from the previous day that a nice steady jog just loosens the muscles a bit.

I always do 10-15min on the x-trainer after legs, heard it helps a little with any lactic acid build up, not sure how accurate that is.

i cant say i personally have an issue with doing it. i would only struggle if and when i have severe doms from the previous day.
just wondered if i would not be enough rest before i cardio train

    cheers for the input guys

I can't walk after legs. I'm dizzy, feel sick. It's great!

... but cardio afterwards? No thanks.

    Oops, sorry.

    I'd give it a day's rest.
