cardio when bulking

just how important is cv work whilst bulking ?? its just that i dont seem to have the time at the mo. also when/where do you guys do your cardio : in the gym/on the street ??

    I try not to actively avoid CV while bulking as it does hold benefits, however, I don't prioritise it. If I have time on my off days I'll do 20 mins or so, if not I don't worry about it. When bulking I'll settle for going out on my bike, when cutting and CV is more important I'll get down the gym if the weather is bad.

    cheers for that dv i was just a bit worried that it was being neglected, however like you said i am bulking so its not a priority providing i do some when i have the time !! might have to give this HIIT a go to save some time !!

    I don't even worry that much. If you want to then great but I just do whatever I have time for and if I fancy HIIT I'll do that if not then I won't....

    Must admit, I don't like it if I go the whole week without doing some CV but sometimes it has to be done - or not as the case may be

    but do you guys eva feel like you are putting on too much fat? if you did feel this would do more cv?not eat so much? or jus worry bout it later?!

    Your gunna put on fat... It's obvious. Worry about loosing that in your cutting cycle.

    Spot on. If you're too worried about gaining fat in your bulking cycle your mind isn't going to let you eat the way you should. Don't cut out the cardio, but don't feel bad if you miss a day or 5... Concentrate on eating big and lifting big :)
