cardio&weights

hi is it better to do cardio in the morning and then do weights  after as i  normaily do weights 1st then cardio but i am getting lazy and just do weights so  will it be ok to do cardio 1st then weights

    Are you talking about cardio and then weights immediately after or two seperate sessions?

    like i do cardio at 8am in the morning then do my weights about 2pm

    Does this mean that you end up  doing 1 session per day mate and missing either cardio or weights?

    I'm not trying to be judgemental or critical mate, just helpful.

    I do my weights before work before doing cardio in the PM, as the gym I'm near is full to the gunnels in the PM. 

    Some people prefer to to 'fasted' cardio (i.e. cardio before they fill up with food after a nights sleep), whereas some say it makes no difference.

    I've also read (can't remember where) that the optimal time do do weights is in the PM when your muscles have replenished their energy reserves and you are hydrated etc.

    i do weights 3 times a week with 25-30 mins cardio after and then 1-2 just cardio days for 1hr
