I'm not trying to be judgemental or critical mate, just helpful.
I do my weights before work before doing cardio in the PM, as the gym I'm near is full to the gunnels in the PM.
Some people prefer to to 'fasted' cardio (i.e. cardio before they fill up with food after a nights sleep), whereas some say it makes no difference.
I've also read (can't remember where) that the optimal time do do weights is in the PM when your muscles have replenished their energy reserves and you are hydrated etc.
