Like above, any slower digesting protein before bed will be fine.
If you add whey to whole milk with oats and nuts, I'm sure that will be slowish.
In the whole "grand slam" of everything it doesn't really matter. I don't bother with whey first thing in the morning anymore, hell some times I go 4 hours after a meal then eat, I'm no diffrent at all.
Any slower food protein or fast food protein as long as you mix with carbs and fats.
