RE: cashew nuts
Is there a reason why you only eat these foods?
If all I ate were those I think I would get bored pretty quickly.
For example if all my protein came from chicken breasts I think I would throw the towel in after a week.
Just my opinion but would aim for a much bigger variety of food... there's loads of good food to choose from.
i meant to say that that is the bulk of my diet, i sometimes swap the chicken for lean beef mince or tuna but i prefer chicken and i want to be big that much that i dont care about eating same foods lol
as long as i get lots of fruit and lots of protien and kcals il be ok? justr wanted to make sure that all the essential oils that i need can be gotten from just cashew nuts
is 100g of cashew nuts a day enough essential oils ?
