celtic on the comeback trail???

after getting thrashed 5-0 in bratislava they appear to be making a comeback

its currently 3-0 to celtic in the second leg - interesting

however if they concede a goal its all over

Credit where its due, they were outstanding tonight and narrowly missed out. They must be kicking themselves after last week. Pleased for Strachan and hopefully the "greatest fans in the world" will give him a chance to rectify O'Neils mess.

makes you think - if they had just had a bit of patience in the first leg rather than trying to get an away goal back things could have been very different

Too many if's and buts - if McGeady had scored the open goal in the first leg, if we hadn't lost that injury time goal.

At the end if the day I think Strachan was still a bit naive to keep attacking in the first leg - not many easy away games in europe and most teams would be happy with a 0-0 draw to take into the home leg.

Still feels like a kick in the nuts though!!!

As already said another gloriouse defeat....but hey its a scottish team, kinda used to it by now

In all honesty i thought Celtic played very well, and at last there seems to be a bit of fire in there bellies

I wanted them to win- I like seeing them lose in the group stages

This Celtic team is still the worse I have ever seen at Firpark, including the Barnes team. Unless you add another 2 or 3 players then I can't see you matchig Rangers.

From Clarkston mate, got home gym set up my bro's garage but also use airdrie sports centre for cardio and leg weights, although I am seriously considering cancelling it and joining that new JJB gym in coatbridge as the TV channels in the sports centre are pish.
