I eat porridge most mornings, made with oats.
Other days I have cornflakes or rice crispies.

Sometimes I make porridge with millet or quinoa.

I'm not a fan of oats on their own, love No Added Sugar Alpen.

almonds, hazelnuts, wheat, raisins and oats - I add flax seed oil and seeds to mine, tastes really nice.

Oats in the morning and weetabix in the afternoon..... no specific reasoning for that tho, in case people are wondering

Jamie, go to tesco buy "Soya mince" under their "WHOLEFOODS" product range.
Try it with cold milk and some splenda, 50g protein per 100g.
