Re:change of training- any help appreciated.
if you're looking at aerobic endurance, maybe EQ might be worth looking at? No personal experience but I understand that it is known to raise red blood cell count effectively.
I wouldn't recommend test myself, I've been on it for 7 weeks and my aerobic capacity has gone down to practically zero... I have put on some weight in this time, but still I feel like an old man, I was out of breath pushing my motorbike out of the garage this morning... :(
