change of training- any help appreciated.

Hi all, hope this is the right place for this post!
A couple of years ago I did a couple of courses of test and deca with nova pct with great results, stacked on loads of size and was really happy with the results. however, a lifestyle change and a more c.v oriented training has seen me now doing triathlons at about 3 stone lighter than my biggest (suits me) i was wondering if you had any advice on a simple course to improve power + endurance and shred up any stubborn bf.

I still do weights a couple of times a week, however, im not looking to put any size on as this hinders me up the hills on a long bike ride. I was looking at hgh, or would a low dose of test be more beneficial? Any advice or suggestions would be great TVM. Coll

if you're looking at aerobic endurance, maybe EQ might be worth looking at? No personal experience but I understand that it is known to raise red blood cell count effectively.

I wouldn't recommend test myself, I've been on it for 7 weeks and my aerobic capacity has gone down to practically zero... I have put on some weight in this time, but still I feel like an old man, I was out of breath pushing my motorbike out of the garage this morning... :(

    Current training: 6-day split
Current cycle: Test E @ 500mg per week

    Current stats:
    Height : 192cm
    Weight : 272lbs
    Body Fat : 15.4%

thanks mate, although to be fair I look nothing like that at the moment as that was from a holiday in Nov last year, I'm carrying about a stone of bloat at the moment! Didn't realise just how bloated I was until some pics went up on Facebook from a birthday party I went to last week, my face looks like a balloon!
