I use keto on a cut with clen, keto is very cheap and the dose is 1-3 mg 1 tab is 1mg
use clen on its own for 10 days then introduce the ketotifen on a night time just b4 bed.
Once you introduce the ketotifen you cut you clen to half the original dose, i use 8mcg of clen and 1 ketotifen and it works very well for me.
The sides are less with half clen dose as well
U can also cycle ketotifen with an eca stack and it does the same (keeps the receptors open).

You can get keto online from research chem companies.

Its POM in the UK, but you shouldnt have any trouble getting it from your Dr if you ask nicely (I dont, anyway)

The active ingredient you need can be found in Nytol (not the herbal version).

^^^ yeah I'm pretty sure the active ingredient in nytol is the same active ingredient for benadryl... but the question remains is it the same as ket and what dose of beanadryl do you take??

This may be a stupid question, but do you tell your doctor what you want it for? I only ask as I shouldn't have a problem getting it in theory as I am a severe hayfever sufferer and quite often am prescribed anti-histamines. However if my doc recommends something else, I need to convince her I need the ketitofen specifically. Just wondering if I should just be honest and say why I need that rather than any of the other medications....

all the benadryl I've seen was, diphenhydramine HCL, but I've only used the straight benadryl... they may have some new benadryl plus formual out but as far as I know benadryl has diphenhydramine HCL the same ingredient as nytol... I only know this because I was buying some nytol last year and and didn't like the price so I was going with the generic store brand nytol... when the gal I was seeing showed me that benadryl was the exact same thing just marketed for different puposes and almost 1/3 the cost nytol, she took benadryl to help her sleep instead of paying the outrageous nytol price!!

    Hi Guys,

Was just browsing this thread and noticed that 1-4mg ED is what's required.

This one that DT posted a link to
    http://www.pharmacy2u.co.uk/details.asp?source=ProductRedirect-&kwd=CANSA16&productid=CANSA16&affiliateid=

says that it has 25mg each tab. Is that 25miligrams or 25micrograms? how many tabs of that would you need to get say 3mg of diphenhydramine HCL?

    Cheers,
    Andy

all chemists and supermarkets sell generic versions of benadryl.... just read the ingredients on the back of the boxes and see. Usually the generic ones are about 99p.

Branded medicines are such a rip off
