I think ultimate orange is 30 quid, and lasts around a month - so the same price as a can of red bull before a work out.

there is a knock off version called...orange up....orange rush?....something like that, that I've seen about. no idea if it's any good or not.

Oh actually, if cost is an issue, Biotest Spike works out very cheap. It's around ten quid a packet now, which lasts 16 workouts (16 servings).

I personally don't think pulse is that cheap. Yes if you buy it unflavoured and in massive quantities, but then that's not comparing like for like. if you bought 5 or 10 tubs of BSN No-Xplode the price would probably work out to be around 26.99/tub after discounts.

In terms of Orange Rush, that's the only place I've seen stocking it. Personally, I'd recommend having a look at

    - Anabolic Xtreme Rampage (cheap at 12.99 or somewhere around that)
    - Biotest Spike (ditto above comments)

ALRI Primed or Primed Ultra is also meant to be excellent as a pre-workout boost, and if used only pre-workout, lasts a very long time. The Dorian Yates NOX stuff...imho, probably lasts 60 workouts unless you're *really* into your stimulants, and in that case works out to be 55p per serving.

the dorian yates nox looks to have the best ingredients and still works out cheaper than orange rush 2. in your opinion, do you only need 1/2 serving pre workout then? also would i still need creatine pre w/o

It's a proprietary formula, so I'm not sure how much creatine is in each serving (looking at the ingredients, I would guess it's around 3g of Kre-Alkalyn). If I'm right, that means 1/2 a serving is a little light for daily creatine use, however, because the stimulant properties of DY's formula are so powerful I'd still at least *start* with 1/2 a serving before workouts, and work up to 1 serving.

1/2 a serving is probably a bit light on daily creatine, but a full serving will just kick your ass the 1st time you try it, so it's best to work out your personal tolerance. If you felt short of creatine, a simple stack you could do would be:

    Pre-Workout -

    1/2 serving DY NOX

    Post-Workout:

    5g CNP Mono

Using the small CNP Mono tub, that stack works out at around 36 quid delivered, for 2 months worth of workouts, at around 60p a serving. You get the benefits of 2 different types of creatine (Kre-Alk & Mono), all the NOS ingredients, and a great pre-workout energy boost.
