chest pains

New to all this and just back from my second work out, bit worried though as i kept getting stabbing chest pains.

Could this be because at the moment im quite unfit?

In my experience lack of cardiovascular fitness does not bring on stabbing chest pains. DOMS isn't usually associated with stabbing chest pains either but i have encountered them a few times before. If they are related to the chest workout i don't know. Maybe you should get yourself checked out!

Not sure really, just like stabbing pains across the chest.

Trouble is im skinny almost everywhere so am on a bulk diet, yet i have a 37 inch waist from too much beer in the past.

But maybe it's just because im not used to it, it only lasted a minute or so and was fine when i stopped.

talk about bad luck being both skinny and fat! i could try running everyday to lose the guy but apparently it's hard to cut and bulk at the same time?!

I usually find mate that if I cut out beer altogether then my beer gut goes of it's own accord whether bulking or not, no exercise needed...I have to drop it for at least 9/10 weeks to really start noticing but it soon goes

That's good then, hopefully will work the same for me . I've always liked a drink so this could be tricky but it'll all be worth it.
