chest workout's

what workouts are good for pecs when you only have dumbbell's and how r these done???

    Dumbells flyes
    Dips
    Dumbell bench press

    For you id start with some flyes.....3x8..to pre exhaust the pec...your out starting so i dont want to knacker your delts at the start before your chest has a chance to wear and tear itself.

    Then some incline bench presses , setting the bench at around 15o, incline (or the first click, notch...whatever)...again 3x8

    then some good old fashioned flat bench presses, either with Dumb Bells, or a bar bell.. 3x10.
