need some skullcrushes in there instead of rope work for mass IMHO.

What are flat bench dips? Those would be better than weighted dips?

    thanks

I'd drop the reps and sets to 3x5 or 3x6.

    Weighted Dips 3x10

Are these dips for the chest? I'd drop the reps again.

    I'd bin these, useless.

    Tri rope pulldowns 10,8,6,4

I'd get rid of both of these and do 2 exercises of 3 sets from the following:

    Close Grip Bench
    Narrow Grip Dips
    Bench Dips - http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/WtBenchDip.html
    Skullcrushers

What does 3x5 do compared to 10,8,6,4?

    How will 3x5 be better?

    thanks for the help

I would agree with DerMalePhonkMann, especially regarding the choice of movements.

With 3x5, more of your reps will be with a heavier weight.

Just in my personal experience, I've made better gains using a rep range like that.

Have you always used high reps? Perhaps try low reps for a while, change things up, see how you get on.

    Drop the cable flyes.
Add skull crushers and drop the rope press downs.
