1 chicken breast cooked
chopped onion (to taste)
Teaspoon of olive oil
jalpeneo peppers ( to taste)
Low fat dressing ( i like weight watchers salad cream for this)
Blend the whole lot up with a hand blender and wack it on some rivitas. 40gs of protein and a few complex carbs and healthy fats to boot wallluah.
