which is the correct way to do chin - ups

with the palm of your hands facing you or away from you ?

    you can do them either way, none of the methods is wrong

    one is more associated with direct arm work (underhand) overhand is believed to be more effective for back development

    Either is fine. Underhand emphasises the biceps a bit more, but still works the lats hard
