combat sides from clen?????

Any suggestions on how to combat the sides from clen ie: headaches and feeling crap? I have been taking them in morning and feeling crap for most day however feel better by evening, thinking might take at bedtime but is there any problems with this?
If i keep them to in the morning i end up having to take paracetomals twice in the day to get rid of fuzzy head.
Will these sides subside in time?

They almost certainly won't just go away no. They will seem to have eased as your adjust to them but they will likely be the same.

Order LOTS of Potassium, its like £3 from Holland and Barratt, think about 1-2 grams a day, or jack up on potassium rich foods. Try googling Clenbuterol Potassium Foods and see what comes up as many people post about this.

Jack up the Taurine intake too, think 2-3 grams taurine as well, energy drinks like the cheapo emerge from netto, and the tablets etc.

Both will help, also increase your water intake, as the headaches are likely to be water or lack of.

How much are you taking and have you tapered up the dose?

Taking in the evening could interfere with your sleep, depending on how much you are taking.

Good advice about Potassium & Taurine.  Bananas are a rich source of Potassium.
