ive been training on/off a year, mostly on, was 130lbs now 160lbs....i have tried splits and full bodies...however:
when on full body routines, my lifts go up nearly every session e.g cable curls got up to 50kg and triceps push machine up to 140kg
on splits progress in terms of adding weight is minimal and i can see my body responding better to full bodies
HOWEVER, if i miss a session on a full body routines i jus seem to literally lose size, i was 12 stone, took a week off, eating fine and im 11.6 now, bt defo all my bodyparts such as arms are smaller
this has happend a few times and was thinking are full bodies for short term gains and splits better in the long run? full bodies i love bt if i take a cuple of days off i can notice...its like im pumped 24/7?
