cottage Cheese ?

I know cottage cheess is good to eat before bed for bulking but is it still a good idea when cutting or are the benefits of the protein not worth the calories you take to bed with you ? any and all help appreciated as always

I want to be a monster . . . .
I want the mear though of me to make people piss their pants . . . .
and I want it all yesterday. . . .

    i am cutting and have 250g of low fat CC before bed

    combine this with PB when im bulking

    Basically depends if it fits in your diet requirements mate.

    Personally I still think it's good to have summin to eat/drink b4 bed so I purposley leave my cal intake 200-300 short and finish it off at that time, job done!
