    Soft Cheese.

About 50p per 250 gram tub.

    Per 100 grams -

    12 grams of protein
    4 grams of carbs
    0.2 grams of fat.

commando, you can buy unflavoured cottage cheese which might suit you better.

I used to buy chive flavour but it was horrible in my drinks so now i use unflavoured.

You could also stick a small bit of peanut butter in there too.

    It's made by Golden Acre.

It does have taste yes, its quite nice actually, takes a while to eat it and you may need a glass of water as it gets a bit heavy/thick.

Its nice though, most supermarkets sell it mate.

Tesco sell cottage cheese with tuna & sweetcorn - £1.59 for 2 x 300g. 38g protein per pot, tastes much nicer than cottage cheese on its own. I can eat a pot a day without getting bored.
