could I....

I do cardio 3 days a week as of now and am cutting. I have 5 weeks until i need to be cut down. would it help if I increased my HIIT cardio to 5 days a week or would it take a lot of muscle away? I would have to be HIIT on the same day as weights if i did this. I would have one rest day a week of not doing anything. or would it be better to do 3 days HIIT and 2 days moderate?

    if you are doing weights 3xweek and HIIT 3xweek then cut by altering your diet [higher protien but less overall kcals] not by adding more cardio

    ok ive done that as well, i guess cardio doesn't really matter its just the calories im burning. I don't want to burn to many a day heh
