could you look over this please.

Hi guys just put this together and wanted to hear your views on it.

My goals are to gain mass.
22 yrs old
im 5' 8"
70kg
body fat at around 16%
waist size 32"
I am currently not working due to injury so do not get alot of exercise through the day.
I have been training for around a week now and overall goals are to gain big mass and then to cut up when i reach around 85kg. then to re bulk to around 100kg.

7.45am
wake up

8.00 am
3 x eggwhite and 2 x whole eggs on brown bread, fruit and 50g of oats
45g creatine mono in water and multi vit, cod liver oil capsules.
cal - 348, protien - 29.1g, carbs - 33.8g, fat - 13.3g

10.30 am
whey protien 30g mixed with weight gain shake 60g in semi skimmed milk and an apple and yogurt.
cals - 630, protien - 45g, carbs - 74g, fat - 11.3g

1.00pm
100g whole meal pasta with 150g of tuna, mayonaise and a portion of sweet potatos.
45g creatine mono in water.
cals - 776, protien - 56g, carbs - 130g, fat - 2.8g

3.30pm
whey protein 30g mixed with weight gainer 60g in shake. 2 x chicken breasts with broccollie and spinach, brown bread and fruit
cal - 1322, protein - 124.9g, carb - 132.6g, fat 21.1g

6.00pm
dinner with family (unsure of cals etc)
45g creatine mono in water - cal 153, carb - 32.1

7.00pm
weight lifting session

8.00pm
P.W.O (post work out)
whey protein 30g in semi skimmed milk and fruit
45g creatine mono in water.
cals - 753, protien - 45g, carbs - 90g, fat - 11.3g

9.00 pm
4 x eggs and 50g oatmeal.
cal - 88, protien - 14g, carb - 5.8g, fat 0.7g

total for day
calories - 4070
protien - 313.8g
carbs - 497.7g
fat - 60.5g

any comments welcome cheers...

    your eating quite enough proteins there to support growth.i would split the 1pm meal up and maybe eat the chicken at 3.30 if possible - gulped down with the shake.

    try and get in some more slow releasing, complex carbs. oats etc during the day.

    just my opinion.

    thanks for the input dude i have done as you have said and swapped the chicken etc around and added oats in the am and sweet potatos in the pm.

    how is that looking now ?

    i have tried my best with the cal etc intake for the day and added some info on creatine intake and stats etc.

    how is it looking now ?
