cowes week started

anyone going??? i am. The g/f lives there and a car full of us from the vallies are leaving today at 4. will other coming over on thursday. will be a great week, lots of beer and fun.

    hi guys, i have visited numerous times. lovely place. should be a great week. as you are here now, where can i train when i visit. there is only one gym i know of but you need to be a member and i don't want to pay as i am only there for 4 days every month.

    i have no idea i really struggled to join a decent gym because of my age ( i was 17, but now 18)

    the fitness factory in newport looked really good but the guy who runs it wouldnt believe me that i knew what i was doing and wanted me to stick to machines for 3 months so i didnt bother going back


    the only other place i know of is gurnard pines near cowes which has ok equipment

    Cheggers, I train at the fitness factory.

    Surprised that you got told to stick machines, very surprised as the owner used to compete in powerlifting.

    yeah, i think it was my age more than anything, he said something about insurance

    i would go back now but im off to southampton in september so its pointless
