creatine and anavar

Just out of intrest as im about to start an anavar cycle wat do u guys on this forum think about the whole anavar and creatine debate? Which suggest that anavar has a compound in it which leads to higher rates of creatine synthesis within the muscle cells? and so that creatine with anavar is a must in order to maximise potential strenght gains?

just looking for personal opinons really and if anyone has experienced an anavar cycle with creatine and one without?

Personally I don't use creatine, tried many versions and it seems I am a non-responder to it. I regularly run Var only cycles with great results and is still one of my favourites.

Itoo have tried just about all the different types of creatine and seem to be a non responder to it. Never does a thing for me.

I used creatine on and off and it adds nothing.

I see it like this.... any effects of creatine which are minimal at best anyway are lost under the effects of var. Im not aware of any synergy, certainly didn't notice any difference either.

Prob more bro science, I wouldn't bother.

You could try CEE to avoid water rentention and if you can afford to shell out for the VAR then a few quid for the creatine can't hurt, but i too don't seem to respond to creatine no matter what type or dose.
