    Very likely. Creatine (mono) makes you hold water - this equates to pumps.

    When I started on mono, and loaded up I put on a few kg and woke up pumped up, after a workout it was crazy

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg

    @BRES BTG

    How have your results been better on CEE compared to Mono? More muscle ? more energy? Less water???
