creatine

I've used creatine many times over the years. Last time i bought plain creatine monohydrate for holland and barrent. The results were good, as always i find, but felt sick a lot for the first hour or two after taking it. I want to try creatine again for a strength boost but really don't want sickness ? is it the brand or type ? any suggestions or people been through same ??

I had the same and tried a few brands but always had the sick feeling. I take them in tablet form now and ive never once felt sick off them. No idea why its made a difference but try it, few others have said the same.

Redwing is looking in the right direction. I think it's an issue of how it's been taken.

I feel if I take my multi and creatine on an empty stomach, they both cause me to feel uneasy

Both best with food
