critic my diet and add suggestions
6.30am wake up take multivits
7.00am have a shake with some oats
8.00am have a large yoghurt or 6 small ones - 18g protein min
10.00am have some sort or meal, lean steak mince with cheese sauce, tomato and pasta usually
Noon - exactly the same as above (sometimes changes to chicken and rice)
2.30pm - shake with oats
6.00pm - whatever i make for tea, always something with potato, chicken, usually and veg.
9.00pm - finish gym have 30g protein powder
10.15pm - large shake ( sometimes some junk too) add oats into shake
BED straight after.
main aim is mass gaining. clean or dirty, sometimes swap my evening meals for something full of calories like a pizza or a takeaway - anything thats high in protein.
been running test/deca for a while. having a break now but want my diet nailed so i grow like **** :)
i know my weakest point is fruit/veg but i do try and get 'some' each day and always take my vits to 'help' i know there not a direct replacement.
that is my diet mon-fri, without fail. ill never miss a meal! wknds i am quite naughty though and tend to eat rubbish, rubbish with protein though, not just crisps etc.
