critical mass

What do you think
mon chest/tr
db flat bench 4 sets 8reps
dips 4 sets 10 reps
incline db fly 4 sets 8 reps
skull crushers 4 sets 8 reps

tues cardio 40mins bpm 150 155 avg 144 (34 yrs old)
Done in the evenings cause I have to!

wed back bi
bent over dbs 4 sets 8 reps
lat pull downs (on machine) 3 sets 8 reps
one arm preachers 4 sets 8 reps
cheats 4 sets 6 reps

thurs cardio as tues

fri delts traps
seated db military press 4sets 8 reps
lat db raises side 4 sets 8 reps
db shrugs 4 sets 8 reps

Now I obviously need some ab excercises as well as fitting in my legs.
But only have the 3 days so where do the go?
As already posted I only have dbs so bear that in mind and I am trying to bulk as I am only 66k 5ft 6.

if you only have three days it should break down more like:

push: tri/delt/chest etc, basec around benching, dipping and pressing
legs: quads/calves and abs etc, based around squatting, farmers walk and ab work
pull: hams/glutes/back/bi's etc, based around deadlifting, chinning or rowing and maybes curling.

DB's aren't a problem. what are chets,if they are anything to do with poor form, leave 'em out. put your cario anywhere. are you a beggineer? what are your goals....

begginer and wanting bulk=cashmans begginers routine
intermediate/advanced and wanting either bulk or strength or both=FNY 5x5

DO NOT do an advanced routine if you re a begginner, not just from a safety persepctive, but as a begginer you can make better gains with a begginner routine. i cannot stress that enough.

Thanks for the suggestions, yes I would class myself and my gym partner as begginers although we have been using free weights for the last 6/8 months or more and going to the gym 4/5 times a week for over 2 years. What I'm really saying is we are not after a quick fix ( which is good as I know there isn't one!)but just a good routine to build mass and bulk,; I'm quite skinny but toned (except around the waist)
As for cheats my friend invested in the 'Arnie Bible' and it was suggested as another bicep exercise.
Unfortunatly they remeoved the cable pull down machine from the gym when they refurbished so exercises must be done on db's and machines.
THanks for your time I have printed off your suggestions.

want my honest opinion, from now on, keep the recipt from anything by arnie. he was smacked up to his tits on test etc. what the pros do, and what you should do are two very differnt things.
stick at it, and well done with the attitude, a quick fix is not the way to go.

one last ponter. regard the cable machines/smith machines like you would the mother in law. death to.... etc etc.

    Rob,
    Thanks again.
I know I need to get my butt to a better gym but thats all I have at the mo.... I know the Arnie bible may not be the way to go but we use it as a reference for form and technique.
I also had already looked at Cashmans sticky but oviously its a four day programme and I really want to stick to three days weights, two days cardio. ( this is about all the girlfriend will allow!!!!)
Thanks again got to get the diet in order now!

Oh and we use the machines as the dbs in the gym only go up to 25k which even for a weed ain't no good!
