RE: critical mass
if you only have three days it should break down more like:
push: tri/delt/chest etc, basec around benching, dipping and pressing
legs: quads/calves and abs etc, based around squatting, farmers walk and ab work
pull: hams/glutes/back/bi's etc, based around deadlifting, chinning or rowing and maybes curling.
DB's aren't a problem. what are chets,if they are anything to do with poor form, leave 'em out. put your cario anywhere. are you a beggineer? what are your goals....
begginer and wanting bulk=cashmans begginers routine
intermediate/advanced and wanting either bulk or strength or both=FNY 5x5
DO NOT do an advanced routine if you re a begginner, not just from a safety persepctive, but as a begginer you can make better gains with a begginner routine. i cannot stress that enough.
