critique cutting diet training v none training days

hi
ime in the process of fine tunning my cutting diet following advice so far ive changed it a bit wanting to get some thoughts on it

training day is
wake
9.00
1 scoop whey in water

9.15
cardio 30 mins

10.00
1-2 slices granary bread +olive oil based spread
3 egg whites + 1 yolk scramled
250ml skimmed milk
100ml orange juice +1tblsp flaxseed oil

12.30
120g chicken breast
2 oatcakes
fruit

2.30
tuna 95g +1tblsp low fat yoghurt
half small chicke breast (60g)
1-2 slice grannar bread +olive oil based spread
huge salad

4.00
120g chicken
2 oat cakes
fruit

6.30
100g tuna + 2tblsp low fat natural yoghurt + sweet corn

.......TRAIN............
7.30
after training 2 scoops whey in water

cardio

8.30
mackeral 95g
half small chicke breast 60g
either 1 small jacket potato
or 50g boiled brown rice
or 75g boiled wholewhet pasta
veg

1 oatcake stick celery 50g lowfat soft cheese

100g cottage cheese
BED

none training

should i remove the whey on none training days and move all the times forward ?

    No Whey before cardio.

    Up cardio to 40 mins

    Why are you doing cardio after training too?

    More protein at breakfast

    After training take 50g Whey

    keep the whey pre cardio but only have half a scoop or some glutamin IMO

    hi
    the morning cardio should have said 40 minutes

    the cardio after training thats the time i normally go out for a bike ride
    was planing to keep that and add static bike in a morning

    stats
    ime 6ft

    weight ?? not sure was 20stone last time i checked

    got exes weight around my chest and stomach

    not sure of bodyfat any ideas where to look at getting this done?

    You could post a pic up if you are ok with doing that then people here could take an 'educated guess'.

    Keep the cardio before breakfast on a morning, low intensity, split the cardio and weights up.
