critique my routine
hey guys below im detailing my current routine...currently cutting and would like to maintain as much mass as possible.
let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions you would like to add.
Day 1 Chest and shoulders
Benchpress 2 warm up sets and 3 working sets 3X8
Standing military press (same as above)
Day 2 Back and hams
Bent over rows 3X8
Day 3 Legs
leg press 4X8
Day 4 off
and so on....
i only train for 45 minutes a day due to a very hectic work schedule...most of my training is done close to midnight as thats when i get off work (working two jobs)
