cross trainer

Hey guys, been training now for almost 6 months and have made sum gud gains, bout 6-7 pounds in muscle. I've always incorparated cardio into my routine but wud now like to step it up to try and lose excess bodyfat, do u think that i cud do this by using cross trainers alone as i hav issues with any impact cardio?

I am currently doing 20-30mins a night on cardio, is this enough in your opinion or should i up the ante?
p.s i also realise that diet is a major factor when wanting to lose fat

    yeh mate cross trainers fine, infact it's what i use for my AM cardio

    no idea on how much cardio you need to be doing, if you have your diet nailed tho you can start off at X amount of time on cardio, then add from there when fat loss begins to slow

    would be better off taking a look around the cardio forum for ideas
